Before my 2nd came along I stocked up one wipes and nappies picking these wipes as they are fragrance free and for sensitive bums when coming to use them they showed mould!
I have to admit BOOTS didn't just fob this off with a refund they had the wipes tested and kept in touch with me firstly with a short apology and a £15 gift card and sent packaging for me to return as many as I could so they could investigate. The second letter again was an apology and stated the following:
"Their investigations found the wipes to contain contamination of Trichoderma mould which is a commonly occuring mould that is not seen to be harmful in nature" & an incident report had been filed whist they continued to look at this problem.
I don't know if anyone else complained I think most people just throw things away I know sometimes there room for complain at my home and just don't bother or keep forgetting until I feel its too late.
I will continue to shop at BOOTS but its safe to say certainly not to buy their wipes I will stick with PAMPERS.
