Complain
Spending your hard earned money on goods or services which are unsatisfactory feel heavy on the pocket.

I use to as well but I just 'forget' these days.
TESCO are in for an ear bashing from me and I just don't get round to it & KFC did my head in yesterday - really lame service for a brand new resturant!

I complain sometimes.. I complained to Debenham's after I had a really bad experience trying to get a nursing bra fitted when I was pregnant and they were really apologetic and said they'd ensure that their staff were properly trained and sent me a voucher to go back and try again!!!
I also complained about my local Sainsbury's about their baby changing room not having a lock and they said they'd sort it. Not been back since to check though!!!
If I'm complaining about a local store I'll cc their head office in too.

Nah, it's never too late, as long as you mention in the letter you no longer have the items, otherwise they'll just tell you to take them back to the shop for a refund.
For the price of a stamp you may get sent a voucher for a couple of quid

That sounds really random but i just worked out who you are on about. Have you got one of them cups? they're quite good. Some health visitors have been giving them out for free too.
