    Shopping budgets or big spenders

So do you have a shopping budget in yoru home? What is it? & how many are you feeding?

I spend far too much around £100-£150 a week MINUS nappies wipes

I did a part week shop tonight (4 days worth) and managed to get it to about £55 delivered at £5.50 ...although it did include about £7 worth of room freshners etc but my top up in 4 days should be less - Ill update on my budget attempts lol

Ugh... I used to spend freely on groceries, but now we have more bills etc, so I have to budget, I HATE IT! I know money is different over here, and no doubt groceries cost different, but I spend 100$ a week, sometimes give or take 20 here and there. For me to be satisfied, I think I'd ideally like to spend 200$ a week, but we can't do that at the moment I have been struggling with keeping the food budget though.... Why do fruits and veggies have to cost so much?

    We spend about £60 - £70 a week for 2 adults.

I buy a "big" shop on a Monday, buy fresh to last up until Thursday so stuff doesnt get wasted, then do a top up shop on a Thursday

I wouldn't say we budget as such but we do keep an eye on what we're buying at the same time. I agree, Shopping has got so expensive!

we spend about 140 punds a week to 10 days sainsburys online. I do varie what we buy and somtimes it can be more if we get a treat like ice creams as for 5 a box of 4 doesnt cut it!! wipes and cat food we get in asda as 6 packs of wipes for a fiver and they are fab!
And the cats are fussy and like go-cat so cheaper there.

If and when the garden is done i will grow fruit and veg but that still would need topping up.
