Tesco never get it right!
I prefer Sainsburys so much more only Tesco is convenient because you can order up to midnight for next day but Ive had enough of complaining.
Now was this 'packer' on orange juice or what (sarcasm) ...
Substitutions:
Product you ordered: Whole milk/2pints x2 £1.72
Product we substituted: Pork loin chops 900g £6.00

Blimey Lyndsay the amount of messups they have done to me they have only ever offered refund of items concerned and service charge refunded.
Im pretty fedup of it just I find Sainsburys tend to be order on Monday for Wednesday unless you manage to get your order in early Tuesday which is not always possible to see and do.
I find Sainsburys musch better in every other way though for sure.
Share your tip for that one I have a string of complaints logged lol

Have to say all i did was write a long letter explaining all the cockups, Pointed out why i use home shopping.. and we really need it to work, we have 2 disabled children .... one with a fear of huge crowded places. It took them a long time and a couple of people did call me, I threatend papers in the end...
one mess up was nappies .. you cant mess that up really but they did!

What sort of supermarket runs out of a staple like Milk in the first place!
Don't get me started on Tesco, good job I'm still banned from their shops as I'd never shop there anyway
