I do the shopand scan one which is great and well worth it, i used to do the nielsen one but stopped as it was tedious and you never got many points..

If you get picked stick with it as you get added to different panels, i make around £350 a year..

i do them save up the points for xmas cashed out 70 im sure i had cashed out in the summer too that was with shop and scan i do the till receipts with them too

the acnielson one is good too had loads of stuff in the past i just never think about the points i have then when i want something for the house just look up total realise i have enough points did one cash out last year where i got a steam generator iron worth £150 but i have been doing it for years you do have to have the time to do it and also want to do it

I started just with the scanning getting £1 a week now gone up to 1.10 lol the got added to reciept, web view and texting, with the texting i can make upto £7 a week which soon adds up
