    no cotton wool in mine!! and when I asked if the promotion was still on the woman said it was just on wipes... I ended up taking what I wanted to the self checkout thing to check the price and it was half price... I complained and got a very nice email back (had a few other things to complain about too!!).

    I got some lovely organic shampoo
